The real truth is always that taking in too much caffeine is actually bad for you. If you ingest it in moderation, however, it could possibly help make you healthier. Who doesn’t want to reduce cardiovascular disease? Who doesn’t prefer to stop Parkinson’s disease? Who doesn’t wish his or her exercise routines to be more effective? As long as you never over do it, caffeine will surely assist you with all of that.
